What happened to Santa?  Where did he go? "Gasp" Was Santa Kidnapped?

What would happen if you ask your kids who kidnapped Santa? Would they get all worried or laugh at you? Would they be intrigued? I know mine were when I posed those questions to them and ask if they would like to play The Great Christmas Caper Scavenger Hunt.

So what is this Christmas Caper and Scavenger hunt? It's a fun game that you can play with almost any age. My children are 8 and above, so they really had a fun time playing, and yours will too. The game for us lasted about an hour and everyone seemed to enjoy playing and my 10 year old ( even though her team lost) keeps asking when we can play again.

Funky Chunky Review

Mmmmm.....Funky Chunky Goodness. Seriously, this stuff is addicting.

What, you have never heard of it? Then you are missing out.

Fred Fields has been playing golf for over half a century. Formerly a 6 handicap golfer, his age has greatly reduced his driving length. But, using these strategies, he still scores in the 80's.

Now, granted this book states that it is for beginners or those who can't break 100, but my son says he thinks it is a book that all Golfers could benefit from. He tells me that this book explains in a way that anyone can understand, exactly how to hit the ball and why it works when you hit it the way it tells you too.

How Short Hitting, Bad Golfers break 90 All the Time, is only 9 chapters long, yet it explains in detail about chipping, hitting, pitching sand shots and more. I think I could benefit from this book as well because although I have been Golfing a few times, I call myself a beginner because I just have not been able to get it all down.

This book walks you through the learning process without costing you all that money for lessons. I am all for saving money!

Now, My Son tells me this is a great book, he says it is especially well if you have teenagers who want to learn how to Golf or even ladies and husbands for that matter.  It has quotes as well as jokes to hold the attention of any age soon to be Golfer.

I think you will find this would be an excellent stocking stuffer for the golfer or soon to be Golfer on your list. I personally plan to take my Son's advice on this one and read the book myself. When a teenager gives a book 5 stars then you know it has to be good!

He told me that all he had to do was "get in the zone" like the CD told him too and he was so close. Now, he has ask if he gets to keep the CD for himself so he can continue to play it, how could I say no to that.........

Shave Well Fog Free Mirror Review & Giveaway

I can't tell you how many times i have went in to the main bathroom that my teenage boys use only to see the sink covered in hair...from them shaving!

I have purchased a few mirrors over the years for the boys and hubby to use in the shower but they always end up just hanging there because they fog up and they can't use them. As most teenage boys are , mine are vain and need to see themselves as they shave and after as well.


Last week i received the Fog Free Shave Mirror to review. I was optimistic and hoped that i would finally not have to look at and clean up the bathroom sink every morning.

So, here we go. I sit my boys down, explained to them how simple it was to use this, that all they had to do was run the Mirror under warm shower water for just a few seconds and hang it back on the hook. Keep in mind, i was speaking to 4 teenage boys who usually never listen to me. I also explained to them how they would get a much better and cleaner shave if they shaved while in the shower AND they would have one less nasty chore to do ( cleaning up the bathroom sink, which they all hate)


The weekend was coming up, and i just knew i was going to find the Bathroom sink all yucky once again. So on Saturday evening after 2 of them had showered and shaved, i calmly walked in to the bathroom to see the damage....can you believe it!!!!!! The sink was clean, yes, it really was. I looked in to the Shower, and hanging there, was the Fog Free Shave Mirror....and sitting on the side of the tub was their razors and shaving lotion...No way!


So i ask the boys how the mirror had worked for them, and i got rave reviews. The boys stated that they never once had to wipe fog from the mirror and loved the fact that they could shave without getting out of the shower.

The Fog Free Shave mirror works well for women too. exfoliating in the shower can help reduce pores and it always helps when you can see what you are doing. I love the fact that you can easily make sure you have removed all your makeup as well without getting out of the shower only to see you still have traces of mascara under your eyes and have to repeat the cleaning process yet again.

Even in the electronic age we live in now, my daughter quickly gets bored with the Kindle and I find myself getting frustrated because it’s hard to pay attention to the traffic on the interstate while trying to play “road games” and I end up with a death grip on the wheel.

On our last trip, which was 4 hours round trip, I took the MagnaKase with us and as soon as my daughter got bored with the Kindle, I was able to pull the MagnaKase out and let her give it a try.
 I fully expected to hear the “I’m Bored” within minutes. However, to my surprise, after 5 minutes of constant chatter about how cool it was, she got right to work on the coloring sheets.
