Diet Doc Has many different kinds of weight loss foods for you to try. They have several pre- packaged options that I enjoy and I am sure you will too if you give them a try.
I had the opportunity to try 3 of the Diet Doc Soup Mixes which were super easy to prepare and taste great. The Steak Soup was my favorite because the flavors just jumped out at you.
